Cilantro Shrimp Stir Fry

Week two started out with a cilantro shrimp stir fry (that I forgot to add the cilantro to, LOL!)

What I made: Cilantro Shrimp Stir Fry from the 21 Day Fix Sugar Detox Cookbook by Diane Sanilippo I also served it over the garlic and green onion cauli-rice that the recipe suggested

What I did differently/how I changed the recipe: I used smaller shrimp than it called for. This was unintentional. They only had 2 sizes of wild caught shrimp at the grocery so I bought the bigger of the two. They turned out much smaller than the picture, however. Also, I did have the cilantro, I just forgot to add it when the recipe called for it. I ended up putting some raw on top although it was supposed to be cooked.

What I learned:  It made a ton of veggies. We were able to eat this meal twice for the two of us and then there was still an extra serving left, too.
